History: Brindavan Gardens was built by the Diwan of Mysore, Sir Mirza Ismail, in 1932. Built across the famous river Kaveri, this marvellous site is spread over an area of more than sixty acres of land. The garden is constructed mainly to beautify the areas around the KRS dam.
